I don't fix.
I listen for what
you haven't said.
A hypnotherapist near Utrecht, working in English and Polish. Calm when calm is what you need — and direct when you need to hear the truth.
work
Some things you don't learn so much as return to. Long before I trained, people brought me what they couldn't say out loud — and I found I could hear it.
That's really what drew me here. Not the theory, not technique for its own sake, but the quiet fact that I could sit with someone and hear the thing underneath the thing they were saying. Hypnotherapy gave that a form — a way to reach the place where a problem actually lives, not just talk about it from the outside.
So this is the work I do now. Not advice, not affirmations, not managing the same symptoms week after week. We go to where it began, we resolve it there — and then you get to live without it.
work
Most of this work is listening — really hearing what you mean, and what you haven't found words for yet. The thing that matters most is often the one you almost didn't mention, and I follow that thread, not a script.
But don't mistake calm for soft. I'm not here to agree with you or keep you comfortable. When something needs to be said plainly, I'll say it — even when it isn't what you hoped to hear. Sometimes the most useful thing I can do is name, out loud, the thing you've been walking around for years.
So I'll tell you the truth — including if I don't think I'm the right person for what you're carrying. There's no couch-and-clipboard distance here, no judgement, and what you bring to me stays with me. That isn't a policy line; it's the condition that makes the work possible.
